Your satisfaction is my number one goal. Please read the following terms;
1. Please remember that most items I offer are older items and will most likely show some signs of wear from use. I carefully look all items over for any damage other than normal wear ( chips and cracks) if I make a mistake then you may return it.
2. I pack items very carefully and will be glad to combine shipping however I will not jeopardize the safe arrival of your items by putting too many items into one package.
3. All breakable items over $10 are required to have insurance and insurance is optional on other items. IF YOU CHOOSE NO INSURANCE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE.
4. All items ship from USA 14526 and most are shipped via USPS. Most books are shipped via media mail unless first class happens to be less. Expedited shipping is available however the shipping cost will rise due to higher charges by the USPS.
5. I usually only have 1 of each item ---- items paid for by money order or paypal echeck are NOT automatically taken out of inventory. All sales will be honored in the order which they are placed. I manually take items paid by paypal echeck & money order however I do work full time and can in no way monitor every minute. Money orders must be received within 4 days of transaction or the item will be put back into inventory. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or special requirements you may need.
