For your consideration is this 20 page cookbook titled Desserts by the Rochester Gas & Electric Company. Shows very minor wear from use and storage and a small spot which has bled thru 4 pages. They do not get much nicer than this one. I can not find a date but pretty sure it is from the 50's or 60's. Item # CB- 45
