For your consideration is this very nice 46 page cookbook / guide titled Freezing Foods by Rochester Gas & Electric Company. This item shows very minor wear from use/storage and a few minor stains. I can not find a date but pretty sure it is from the 50's or 60's. Item # CB-41. I do also have several other titles from this company also listed.
