For your consideration is this very nice 26 page cookbook titled Cooking For One ... Or Two by Rochester Gas & Electric Company. This item shows very minor wear from use/storage. I can not find a date but pretty sure it is from the 50's or 60's. Item # CB-37. I do also have several other titles from this company also listed.
