For your consideration is this very nice cookbook titled Home Canning and Preserving by the Rochester Gas and Electric Company which has 56 pages. This cookbook is in very good condition with very minor wear from use / storage. I can not find a date on this item however we all know that the utility companies have given us nothing for free for many years. Item # CB-25.
