For your enjoyment is this nice vintage recipe book titled Knox Gelatine Recipe Book --- Eat And Reduce Plan. I can not find a date on this one but I am guessing it is from the 50's or 60's. This one contains 38 pages. Yes it does show some wear from use and storage along with some discoloration. Overall it is a nice old piece. Item # CB-11
