For your enjoyment is this very nice cookbook / pamphlet titled One For The Menu. Including recipes for appetizers, main dishes, salads and desserts made with Fairmont Cottage Cheese. I think this may be from 1954 -- inside rear cover number 54 1003. This one is rated a B+. They do not get much nicer than this one. Item # CBB-28.
